RECIPE: Bursting [with flavor] Beet Salad

For optimal nutrition, I choose Organic ingredients

2-3 raw, uncooked medium/large beets, shredded
or
4-5 raw, uncooked small beets, shredded
1 can of Garbanzo Beans (Chickpeas) packed in water
2 Tbs Olive Oil
Sea Salt to liking

Mix and ENJOY!

Mmmmmmmmmmmm! And so Nutritious!
